inHander provides automated tax estimates, payslip approximations, and dual-regime comparisons for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute formal tax, legal, or chartered accountancy (CA) advice. 1. Use of Services & License
inHander grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our website and web calculators strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the site only for lawful personal or non-commercial internal benchmarking purposes.
2. Calculation Accuracy & Tax Law Slabs
While we make every effort to incorporate the latest Indian Income Tax Act regulations, Union Budget revisions (including FY 2025-26 & 2026-27 tax slabs), Standard Deductions, and state-wise Professional Tax (PT) rules, variances may arise due to company-specific payroll rules, employer PF policies, discretionary allowances, or bespoke tax declarations.
inHander does not guarantee 100% parity with your specific employer's payroll software and disclaims any liability for variance between calculator estimations and actual payroll credits.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software code, UI designs, brand marks, logos, and algorithmic engines on inHander.com are the proprietary intellectual property of inHander. You may not scrape, frame, clone, reverse engineer, or redistribute our calculator engines without prior written authorization.
4. Privacy & Data Security
Your privacy is paramount. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, inHander processes your calculations and document OCR scans 100% locally in your browser memory without transmitting or storing salary figures in any remote database.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, inHander, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, or any decisions made based on calculator estimations.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
7. Modifications & Questions
